Programme status

The website describes proposed Stanprice Tours packages. Dates, activities, accommodation and availability are subject to written confirmation. We do not represent the Panafest organisers, and festival participation depends on the official programme.

Pricing & payments

For the December 2026 launch and Panafest 2027 packages, single occupancy costs USD 3,999 for one person in one room. Double occupancy costs USD 6,500 total for two people sharing one room (USD 3,250 each). Each booking includes a USD 200 non-refundable registration / reservation payment within the total package price. For single occupancy, the first deposit is USD 1,900 and the second deposit is USD 1,899. For double occupancy, the first deposit is USD 3,200 and the second deposit is USD 3,100; these payments cover both travellers sharing one room. Your written offer will specify payment deadlines, inclusions, exclusions and any supplements.

Changes & cancellation

Request the full cancellation, refund and itinerary-change terms before accepting an offer or paying. No place is reserved by browsing this site or starting an enquiry.

Privacy

When you submit the availability form, Stanprice Tours stores your name, email, chosen tour, group size, room preference and any optional contact details or notes to handle your travel enquiry. Submission does not take payment or reserve a place. Access to saved enquiries is restricted through the site owner’s management tools; there is no public enquiry list.

Technical information is used to protect the form from abuse. A temporary, one-way representation of the connection address is used for rate limiting. WhatsApp, email and phone links open separate services. Do not include passport copies, card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
