Programme status

The website describes proposed Stanprice Tours packages. Dates, activities, accommodation and availability are subject to written confirmation. We do not represent the Panafest organisers, and festival participation depends on the official programme.

Pricing & payments

MoMo payment and MoMo Pay are available. Send MoMo payment to +233 59 461 2549 or use MoMo Pay merchant ID 046293. Card payment is coming soon. Other payment options are in progress. Confirm your booking and amount payable before sending payment. The amounts below describe the planned package payment schedule. Do not pay until you have received and accepted a written offer and verified the recipient details.

December Tour: single US$3,999; couple US$6,999 (total for two travellers). Panafest, Homowo, Fetu Afahye and other programmes: single US$3,500; couple US$6,500 (total for two travellers). The US$200 non-refundable reservation payment per booking is included in the package total. The remaining balance and instalment dates will be confirmed in your written offer before payment. Your written offer confirms inclusions, exclusions and any supplements.

Verify the recipient or merchant name, payment currency and amount against your written offer before paying. Use your booking reference and send transaction details privately to the contact email below. A screenshot alone does not confirm receipt. Stanprice Tours checks its payment account and issues written booking confirmation. Read the payment instructions.

Cancellation & refunds

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the trip starts. The refund is the amount paid, less the US$200 reservation fee and applicable financial charges.

Send your refund request with your booking reference to trilliouexpert@gmail.com. Ask us to confirm the trip start time and applicable financial charges in your written offer before payment.

For requests made less than 24 hours before the trip starts, contact Stanprice Tours to discuss your circumstances. This policy does not specify a refund entitlement for that period.

Privacy

When you submit the availability form, Stanprice Tours stores your name, email, chosen tour, group size, room preference and any optional contact details, enquiry source or notes to handle your travel enquiry. Submission does not take payment or reserve a place. Access to saved enquiries and follow-up records is restricted to authorised staff through the private team inbox; there is no public enquiry list.

Technical information is used to protect the form from abuse. A temporary, one-way representation of the connection address is used for rate limiting. WhatsApp, email and phone links open separate services. Do not include passport copies, card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
