For travel agents and referral partners

Ask about a proposed partnership. Any commission, group-leader place, minimum group size or member benefit must be agreed in writing. No partnership or discount is created by submitting an enquiry.

For universities and alumni

Share learning objectives, supervision needs and your approval timetable. Academic arrangements and any required safeguards need agreement before an offer is accepted.
