Before you send payment
- Receive a written offer confirming availability, inclusions, booking terms and the amount due. The recipient and merchant name is Stanprice Tours. Check that this name appears before confirming payment; if it differs, stop and contact us. Confirm the payment currency before paying. If the offer is in USD, agree the GHS amount and exchange rate in writing.
- Use your Stanprice booking or enquiry reference as the payment reference where supported. Never enter a PIN or one-time code on this website.
- Send the reference, amount, payment date and transaction ID privately to our existing contact email, or call Augusta: +233 55 152 2616 to arrange confirmation. Do not post payment evidence publicly.
- Stanprice Tours checks receipt in its payment account before issuing written booking confirmation. A screenshot alone is not proof of received funds.
