What happens next?

Our team checks your dates, party size and supplier availability, then prepares a personal written offer. Review accommodation, meals, transport, entrance fees, the full price, payment dates and cancellation terms before paying. A booking request alone does not hold a place.

After your written offer

Reservation and remaining balance.

The US$200 non-refundable reservation payment per booking is included in the package total. The remaining balance and instalment dates will be confirmed in your written offer before payment.

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the trip starts. The refund is the amount paid, less the US$200 reservation fee and applicable financial charges. Read the refund policy. Confirm payment deadlines and the full inclusion list in writing before paying.

Your reported payment remains Awaiting verification until Stanprice Tours checks receipt in the actual MoMo or merchant account. A screenshot or submitted reference alone is not proof of received funds. Payment verification and written booking confirmation are separate steps.
